Jennifer Cody is an American actress and dancer known for her work in Broadway musicals and voice acting. She gained recognition for her role in Seussical as an original ensemble member and for voicing Charlotte La Bouff in Disney’s The Princess and the Frog.
Cody’s career includes notable stage roles, such as Little Sally in Urinetown and the voice of the Sugar Plum Fairy and Gingy in Shrek the Musical. She also starred as Miss Shields in A Christmas Story: The Musical. Her voice work as Charlotte La Bouff in The Princess and the Frog earned her an Annie Award for Voice Acting in a Feature Production. Cody’s television appearances include roles on Law & Order, Blue Bloods, and Unforgettable.
Cody collaborated with Sutton Foster in Shrek the Musical and worked with Hunter Foster in Urinetown. She performed with Anika Noni Rose in The Princess and the Frog and appeared alongside Kevin Chamberlin in Seussical. Cody also worked with John Lithgow in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and with Christian Borle in Peter and the Starcatcher.
