Demián Bichir's Pets

Demián Bichir is a Mexican-American actor known for his work in film and television. He received an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor for his role in A Better Life (2011). His film credits include The Hateful Eight (2015), Alien: Covenant (2017), and The Nun (2018). He starred in the television series The Bridge (2013–2014) as Marco Ruiz and appeared in Weeds (2008–2010).

Bichir played Carlos Galindo in A Better Life, acting alongside José Julián in the immigration drama. In The Hateful Eight, he portrayed Bob, sharing scenes with Samuel L. Jackson. In Alien: Covenant, he played Lope, appearing opposite Michael Fassbender. In The Nun, he starred as Father Burke, acting alongside Taissa Farmiga. On The Bridge, he played detective Marco Ruiz, working closely with Diane Kruger throughout the series. In Weeds, he appeared as Esteban Reyes, sharing screen time with Mary-Louise Parker. He also had a role in Chaos Walking (2021), acting alongside Tom Holland.
