Dakota Kai
Dakota Kai, also known as Dakota Kai Williams, is a New Zealand professional wrestler currently signed to WWE, where she performs on the NXT brand. She began her wrestling career in New Zealand and later moved to the United States to pursue her career in wrestling.
Kai started her professional wrestling career in New Zealand, where she trained and competed for Impact Pro Wrestling New Zealand. She also trained at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, before signing a contract with WWE in 2016. She made her NXT debut in 2017 and quickly established herself as one of the top female wrestlers in the brand.
Kai has competed in several high-profile matches in NXT, including a match against Rhea Ripley for the NXT Women’s Championship, and a match against Io Shirai for the NXT Women’s Championship at TakeOver: WarGames 2020. She has also formed a tag team with Raquel Gonzalez and they won the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship in 2021.
Kai is known for her high-flying and high-energy in-ring style, as well as her charismatic and confident personality. She continues to be a prominent figure in WWE’s women’s division and is considered to be one of the top female wrestlers in NXT.
