Mariusz Pudzianowski is a Polish strongman competitor and mixed martial artist known for winning the World’s Strongest Man competition five times. He transitioned into mixed martial arts (MMA), becoming a key figure in Poland’s MMA scene, particularly in the Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki (KSW) organization.

Pudzianowski’s career achievements include multiple titles such as Poland’s Strongest Man and Europe’s Strongest Man. In MMA, he has participated in over 20 professional bouts, securing victories through knockout and submission. His strongman and MMA careers have made him a prominent figure in both sports.

Pudzianowski collaborated with Tim Sylvia in his first major international fight and trained with Mamed Khalidov to improve his MMA skills. He fought James Thompson, Sean McCorkle, and Szymon Kołecki in KSW matchups. His training with renowned coach Anzor Azhiev and his work with KSW co-founder Maciej Kawulski were significant in his career development. He also worked with Olympic weightlifting champion Szymon Kołecki and has sparred with professional boxers like Izu Ugonoh.
