Luis Alfonso Rodríguez López-Cepero, known professionally as Luis Fonsi, is a Puerto Rican singer. He is known for quite a few top hits but his most popular is “Despacito” featuring rapper Daddy Yankee which began an International success. Luis Fonsi’s first breakthrough came when he released “Aquí Estoy Yo”. The song won Latin dadGrammy Award for Song of the Year and the album received a nomination for Record of the Year. The International hit, “Despacito”, won four Latin Grammy Awards, seven Billboard Latin Music Awards, five Billboard Music Awards and three Grammy Awards nominations. The song also broke six Guinness World Records and sold more than 11 million records. His collaboration with Demi Lovato, “Échame la Culpa”, also won one Latin American Music Award. In 2018, he with “Despacito”.
