Laurie Davidson
Laurie Davidson is a British actor known for his portrayal of a young William Shakespeare in the TNT series Will (2017). He also appeared in the feature films The Good Liar (2019) and Cats (2019) and starred as Elliot in the TV series The Sandman (2022).
In Will, Davidson collaborated with Olivia DeJonge to bring the life of Shakespeare to the screen. He shared the screen with Ian McKellen and Helen Mirren in The Good Liar, contributing to a suspenseful narrative. In Cats, he worked alongside Francesca Hayward in the adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber‘s musical. His role in The Sandman involved working with Tom Sturridge in Neil Gaiman’s fantasy series. He appeared in Diana and I (2017), acting with Tuppence Middleton in a drama centered on Princess Diana’s legacy. Davidson also performed in the stage production The Winter’s Tale, collaborating with fellow actors to interpret Shakespeare’s classic play.
