Born Catherine Davis Higgins, she earned a degree in music from Auburn University in 1991. Higgins is celebrated for her role as Sakura Haruno in “Naruto” and has voiced characters in “Eureka 7,” “Code Geass,” and the original “Fate/stay night.” She was the voice of Tails in the “Sonic the Hedgehog” video game series from 2010 to 2013 and has voiced multiple characters in the “Alpha and Omega” sequels. In 2014, she was cast as Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury in the Viz English dub of “Sailor Moon.” Higgins is also known for voicing Princess Aurora in Disney productions and characters in “Monster High” and “Ever After High.”
