Jamie Benn
Jamie Benn is a Canadian professional ice hockey player known for his role as the captain of the Dallas Stars in the NHL. He has been recognized for his scoring ability and leadership, including winning the Art Ross Trophy in the 2014-2015 season as the league’s leading scorer.
Benn was drafted by the Dallas Stars in the fifth round of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. He made his NHL debut in the 2009-2010 season and quickly established himself as a key player for the team. In the 2014-2015 season, Benn won the Art Ross Trophy by leading the league with 87 points. He has been selected to multiple NHL All-Star Games and has consistently been among the team’s top scorers. Benn played a crucial role in leading the Stars to the Stanley Cup Finals in 2020. Internationally, Benn represented Canada, winning a gold medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
