Isabella Rossellini is a longtime animal advocate, working with the Guide Dog Foundation for over 20 years as a puppy walker. She has fostered and socialized puppies for ten months at a time, teaching them basic commands before they undergo advanced guide dog training. These dogs ultimately learn up to 100 commands to assist individuals with visual impairments. In addition to her guide dog work, Rossellini adopts pregnant dogs, nursing them and assisting in the delivery of their puppies. She adopted Rosie, who gave birth to four puppies in August 2024 and nine more in February 2025.
