Guy Ritchie is an English director, writer, and producer. He began his career in the late 1990s, and is best known for his films Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998) with Jason Statham, Snatch (2000) with Brad Pitt, and the Sherlock Holmes franchise (2009-2011) with Robert Downey Jr. His 2020 film The Gentlemen, starred Matthew McConaughey, Hugh Grant, and Colin Farrell. He is also known for his marriage to Madonna which lasted from 2000 until 2008.
