Gedeon Burkhard is a German actor known for his role as Alexander Brandtner in the Austrian television series “Kommissar Rex” and as Corporal Wilhelm Wicki in Quentin Tarantino‘s “Inglourious Basterds.”

Burkhard’s career began with roles in various German films and television series. He gained recognition for his role in “Kommissar Rex,” which aired from 1998 to 2001. In addition to his television work, Burkhard appeared in films such as “Inglourious Basterds” (2009), where he played Corporal Wilhelm Wicki. He also voiced the character Sam Fisher in the German version of the video game series “Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell.” Burkhard’s film credits include “Kiss and Run” (2002) and “A Passionate Heart” (1995).
