Fred Sirieix is a French maître d’hôtel best known for his role in Channel 4’s ‘First Dates.’
Sirieix began his career in the food industry, working in Michelin-starred restaurants in France before moving to London. His television career took off with ‘First Dates,’ a show that gained popularity for its heartwarming and sometimes humorous portrayal of blind dates. Sirieix’s role as the maître d’ brought a touch of class and a sense of calm to the often-nervous daters.
