Fred Sirieix
Fred Sirieix is a French maître d’hôtel best known for his role in Channel 4’s ‘First Dates.’
Sirieix began his career in the food industry, working in Michelin-starred restaurants in France before moving to London. His television career took off with ‘First Dates,’ a show that gained popularity for its heartwarming and sometimes humorous portrayal of blind dates. Sirieix’s role as the maître d’ brought a touch of class and a sense of calm to the often-nervous daters. He also appeared in ‘Michel Roux’s Service,’ where he shared his expertise in the art of service. His other notable television appearances include ‘Million Pound Menu’ and ‘Remarkable Places to Eat.’
