Eduardo Lopes
Eduardo Lopes is a Brazilian politician affiliated with the Brazilian Republican Party (PRB) who previously served as Minister of Fishing and Aquaculture under Dilma Rousseff. Initially elected in 2010 as the first surrogate of senator Marcelo Crivella, Lopes became a permanent senator when Crivella resigned to become mayor of Rio de Janeiro. Alongside his political pursuits, he is an evangelical and part of the Pentecostal movement, the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God.
