Ben Simmons is an Australian professional basketball player. He plays for the Brooklyn Nets in the National Basketball Association (NBA). After playing for the college basketball team, LSU Tigers, he was named a consensus first-team All-American and the USBWA National Freshman of the Year. He was later joined the Philadelphia 76ers as the first overall pick in the 2016 NBA draft. He was also named NBA Rookie of the Year in 2018 and joined the NBA All-Star Game three times in a row.
