Troy Kotsur is an American actor and director, known for his roles in Sue Thomas: F.B.Eye and CODA. Kotsur, who is deaf, also directed No Ordinary Hero: The SuperDeafy Movie. In addition to his television and film roles, Kotsur also appeared in the Deaf West Theatre production of Big River. He also had a recurring role on Sue Thomas: F.B.Eye, also working as an ASL specialist for the show. Kotsur is set to start in Flash Before the Bang, a sports drama television show with an all-deaf cast.
