Rudy Pankow is an American actor that gained popularity after starring as JJ Maybank on the Netflix[ series Outer Banks. Born in Ketchikan, Alaska, he began his career in middle school. After gaining some traction on YouTube, he enrolled at Michael Woolson Studios to improve his acting skills. After graduating, Ruby began working in theatre. During his time in theatre, he played roles in The Nutcracker, Mary Poppins and Oliver Twist.
