Martin Lawrence is an American actor, comedian, director, and producer known for his iconic roles in Michael Bay’s Bad Boys franchise with Will Smith, House Party, Big Momma’s House, Blue Streak, A Thin Line Between Love and Hate, and more. He began his career as a stand-up comedian and made his television debut in the late 1980s. He was soon cast in his own self-titled show, Martin, which ran for five seasons.
