Santo Domingo’s career in fashion and media began with her early modeling work and subsequent role at Vogue, where she rose from a fashion assistant to an associate fashion editor and then a sittings editor. In 2011, she co-founded Moda Operandi, an innovative online platform that allows customers to pre-order fashion items directly from designers’ runway collections.
