Christina Hendricks
Christina Hendricks is an American actress best known for her portrayal of Joan Holloway on the AMC series Mad Men, which also starred Jon Hamm, Elisabeth Moss, and January Jones. She has been nominated for six Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for the role.
Hendricks began her career in film, appearing in small roles in movies such as South of Pico, La Cucina, and Life as a House. She then moved on to her first major role in the film, South of Pico, which brought her recognition. She then starred in TV series such as Beggars and Choosers, Firefly, and the short-lived Showtime series The Big Time.
