Chaeyoung
Son Chae-young, professionally known as Chaeyoung, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and artist recognized for her vital contribution to the global success of the K-pop group Twice.
Chaeyoung’s career took off after she joined Twice, a nine-member K-pop group formed by JYP Entertainment through the reality TV competition, Sixteen, in 2015. Her contributions to the group’s discography, both as a vocalist and a lyricist, have been instrumental in its success. Notably, her lyric-writing talent shone in tracks like “Sweet Summer Day” and “Eye Eye Eyes,” where her distinctive style added depth to the group’s musical variety. Her prowess extends beyond the realm of music, with her showing exceptional talent in the group’s reality series “Twice TV,” “Twice’s Elegant Private Life,” and “Twice’s Lost Time.”
