Martha Stewart loves her pets, which currently include five dogs, three cats, and a whole farm of animals including horses, donkeys, sheep, goats, and more.
But Martha Stewart also had an obsession with pet birds, with many of them “ornamental” birds, which are kept as pets and cherished for their beauty and fashion sense. This includes chickens, geese, turkeys, guinea fowl, quail, pheasants, parakeets, canaries, peacocks, and more.

Stewart just treated her Instagram followers to a rare update on her feathery friends, saying how they’ve gotten much more active thanks to the cooling fall weather. A highlight is her Chinese Pheasants, with this being the first look of these stunning birds for Celebrity Pets and the rest of Martha’s followers.
Besides her unique chicken collection, Martha is best known for her flock of Peafowl. Note the more commonly used name “Peacock” is actually just the name of male Peafowls with the show-off tails. She had 21, but lost 5 to a coyote attack in July 2022.
