Stefan Kraft is an Austrian ski jumper who has achieved notable success in the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup, including winning the overall title in the 2016–2017 and 2019–2020 seasons. He set the world record for the longest ski jump at 253.5 meters in Vikersund in 2017. Kraft is a two-time Olympic medalist, securing bronze in both individual large hill and team events at the 2018 Winter Olympics. His career is further distinguished by multiple victories at the Ski Flying World Championships and the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, where he has won individual gold medals.

Collaborations with coaches and teammates have played a crucial role in Kraft’s career. He has been a key member of the Austrian national ski jumping team, working closely with figures such as head coach Alexander Pointner and later, Andreas Felder. His partnerships with fellow ski jumpers, including Michael Hayböck, Gregor Schlierenzauer, and Philipp Aschenwald, have been instrumental in Austria’s success in team events. Kraft’s rivalries and competitive interactions with international ski jumpers like Kamil Stoch of Poland, Ryoyu Kobayashi of Japan, and Peter Prevc of Slovenia have also been significant.
