Rob Minkoff is an American film director, producer and animator. He is best known for co-directing Disney’s animated classic The Lion King (1994) as well as directing the live action version of Stuart Little (1999). His other notable works include The Haunted Mansion (2003), Mr. Peabody & Sherman (2014) and the latest installment in Disney’s Jungle Cruise franchise set to be released in 2021. With a career spanning over three decades, Rob has been nominated for several awards including two Academy Awards and five Golden Globe nominations. He has also won numerous awards such as the Annie Award for Best Animated Feature Film and Saturn Award for Best Fantasy Film among others.
