Jaelan Phillips is an American professional football player who serves as an outside linebacker for the Miami Dolphins in the National Football League (NFL). Selected as the 18th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, Phillips played college football at UCLA and the University of Miami, earning First-Team All-ACC honors in 2020.
