Charlie Rowe is a British actor known for portraying Leo Roth in Red Band Society (2014–2015) and Ray Williams in Rocketman (2019). He starred as George Osborne in Vanity Fair (2018) and played Peter in Neverland (2011). His television credits include Salvation (2017–2018) and Gigi & Nate (2022). He appeared in films such as The Golden Compass (2007) and The Boat That Rocked (2009).

Rowe starred alongside Octavia Spencer in Red Band Society, portraying a teenager battling cancer. In Rocketman, he played Ray Williams, appearing with Taron Egerton. His role in Vanity Fair placed him opposite Olivia Cooke, portraying Becky Sharp’s love interest. In Neverland, he acted alongside Rhys Ifans in a reimagining of the Peter Pan story.
