Ben Gibbard is a musician and songwriter, best known as the lead vocalist and guitarist of the indie rock band, Death Cab for Cutie. He has also gained recognition for his work as a solo artist and as a member of the electronic duo, The Postal Service. Throughout his career, Gibbard has collaborated with a diverse range of artists and celebrities, including Jenny Lewis, Zooey Deschanel, and Jay Farrar.

In addition to his musical accomplishments, Gibbard is an advocate for animal rights and has been involved with several animal non-profit organizations. Gibbard has also used his voice and influence to advocate for environmentalism, partnering with organizations like Sierra Club to raise awareness about climate change and the importance of sustainability.
