Atticus Shaffer's Pets

Atticus Shaffer is an American actor known for his role as Brick Heck on the ABC sitcom The Middle (2009–2018). He voiced Edgar in the animated film Frankenweenie (2012) and provided voice work for the character Ono in the Disney Junior series The Lion Guard (2016–2019). His television credits also include guest roles in The Class, My Name Is Earl, and Fish Hooks.

Shaffer appeared alongside Patricia Heaton and Neil Flynn throughout all nine seasons of The Middle, portraying the youngest member of the Heck family. He collaborated with Eden Sher and Charlie McDermott in recurring storylines centered on sibling dynamics. In Frankenweenie, he worked with Catherine O’Hara, voicing one of the main supporting characters in the stop-motion feature. He shared vocal performances with Max Charles in The Lion Guard, portraying one of the central members of the animal team. In Fish Hooks, he appeared opposite Kyle Massey, contributing to the animated series’ comedic episodes. On My Name Is Earl, he acted with Jason Lee, playing a child caught up in one of Earl’s efforts to make amends.
