Zoe Saldana
Zoe Saldana is an American actress and dancer. As a teen, she studied dance, before moving more into theater. Her first on-screen appearance was in a 1999 episode of Law & Order. After smaller film roles, her first notable role came in 2003 as the pirate Anamaria in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. Her first major starring role came in 2009’s Star Trek with a cast including John Cho, Simon Pegg and Chris Pine. Her next major role came the same year in James Cameron’s Avatar. She is best known for playing Gamora Guardians of the Galaxy and its sequel with Chris Pratt, David Bautista and Bradley Cooper.
