Today in celebrity news, Hilary Duff and partner musician Matthew Koma have adopted a senior dog.
The pooch was named Eloise originally but rumors suspect Duff has changed it to Lucy. Either way, she couldn’t be happier to have found her furever home.

Duff adopted Lucy/Eloise from Love Leo Rescue, an LA-based non-profit rescue. She had used the rescue in 2017 to find her puppy Momo. Eloise-Lucy’s now joined Momo and the couples other dog, Peaches.

Most senior dogs are overlooked at shelters, although they need love too. Plus, adopting a senior dog might end up in doggy-fame, like Marnie the tongue-wagging Instagram goddess who makes her owner a pupload of cash.
