Jabba the sloth was set up on a blind date by the Beardsley Zoo, and sparks flew.
The two-toed sloths were introduced early in February. They took things slow at first, but eventually realized the love is real. Luckily, it was just in time for Valentines Day.
The two matched on tinder, slid into each other’s DM’s, and the rest is history. Just kidding. The Beardsley Zoo in Connecticut arranged for Hope (the two-toed female sloth) to be flown in from Michigan’s John Ball Zoo in the hopes of having some little sloth babies join the family.
