Earthquake devastates Mexico, four legged doggo heroes come to the rescue!

Entire cities were destroyed when a 7.1 magnitude earthquake hit central Mexico, coming just two weeks after a magnitude 8.1 quake affected southern Mexico. The 7.1 magnitude tremor comes 32 years to the day after Mexico was hit with one of the deadliest earthquakes in it’s history. The country has banded together in search and rescue missions; humans and dogs alike are digging through the rubble to unearth survivors.

Hurricane Harvey has wrecked havoc on Texas, but one resourceful pup managed to make the tropical storm work in his favor. Otis, a mixed breed dog, disappeared from his owner Salvador Segovia’s home during the tropical storm and didn’t return empty-pawed.
