Mandana Dayani
Mandana Dayani is a lawyer and entrepreneur, known for serving as the president of Archewell, the organization founded by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. She was the Chief Operating Officer of The Representation Project, focusing on gender equality, and has worked in various roles in media and advocacy. Dayani co-founded I am a Voter, a nonpartisan initiative aimed at increasing voter turnout. At The Representation Project, she oversaw operations and initiatives focused on media representations of gender. Previously, at Rachel Zoe Inc., she was responsible for business and brand development, working to expand the company’s influence in the fashion industry.
Throughout her career, Dayani has collaborated with Rachel Zoe at Rachel Zoe Inc. and Jessica Yellin in co-hosting the podcast News Not Noise. She worked with America Ferrera on voter engagement for I am a Voter and collaborated with Sophia Bush on civic outreach campaigns.
