Thibaut Courtois is a Belgian professional football player. He plays goalkeeper for La Liga club Real Madrid and the Belgium national team. In 2011, he became the youngest goalkeeper to represent Belgium and appeared at the FIFA World Cup in 2014, 2018 and 2022. He is considered one of the best goalkeepers in world football. His contribution in the 2018 FIFA World Cup earned him the Golden Glove in 2018 as the best goalkeeper of the tournament.
