Amandla Stenberg
Amandla Stenberg is an American actress, singer, and activist. She first gained recognition for her role as Rue in the 2012 film The Hunger Games. Since then, she has appeared in a number of films such as The Hate U Give, Everything, Everything, and Where Hands Touch. In addition to her acting career, Stenberg is also known for her activism on issues of race, gender, and sexuality. She has been vocal about the lack of representation of marginalized communities in Hollywood, and has been recognized for her efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in the entertainment industry. She also released an EP “Let My Baby Stay” in 2014 and an album “The Miseducation of Eounice Wayns” in 2020.
