A fishmonger cat named Dog (yes, you read that right) is blowing up the world of pet fashion.
Chó is a cat owned by a fishmonger, whose name literally means ‘dog’ in Vietnamese. Chó’s owner, Lê Quốc Phong, chose his name based on the cat’s personality. You see, Chó is good-natured and friendly, letting his human dress him up in a bunch of different outfits and making pals all around the fish market.
According to Lê Quốc Phong, Chó’s also a bit of a stud. “He has a lot of girlfriends and a lot of children in the country,” Phong explains.
Chó you dirty dog.
Apparently, Chó is great for business. In the Vietnamese street vendor industry, standing out from the crowd is key. And Chó makes sure they do just that.
